I am an associate professor and chair of the computer science and information systems department at Siena College. Prior to coming to Siena, I held the position of associate director of Information Technology Services at the University at Albany (UAlbany).
As an undergraduate educator my responsibility is to guide students from an instructor-centered educational paradigm to a learner-centered environment, where they can be enthusiastic self-guided learners and teachers to their fellow classmates.
My research interests include studying the dynamic complexities of information systems in both the pre- and post-implementation environments as well as the impact of information systems on individuals, organizations, and society.
